Debris

Sinking System

Your outside unit most likely sits on a concrete pad. Over time, and depending on the weather and ground conditions around your home, this concrete slab could begin to sink. If this occurs, there are a few things you can do yourself. If the copper tubes and electrical lines are being strained, or water is pooling around the area, you must fix it. You can use sand and a long wooden board to lift and steady the slab, if you can do so without the concrete cracking.
