New years eve with no hot water.Brian showed up within an hour.Replaced a bad element and whala..we have hotwater.Brian is an excellent technician and was very knowledgeable and forthright about how to properly maintain the heater on hardin county water.Thank you Brian!
Dustin S. and Brayden were both very professional and skilled technicians. Dustin had a plan to replace my faucet and interior piping within minutes. He explained the scope of repairs and went to get the supplies needed. Dustin came back with Brayden to help him make the repairs and finish the job. They were very courtesy and respectful. I’m very satisfied with the service provided.

Technician (Austin) came out the same day I called for my AC to be serviced. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, found the issue quickly and explained it clear as day.

The Gentleman Austin that showed up at our House was very nice and polite. He found the problem and fixed it and was done in 30 mins and he was very reasonable with price. I would definitely be calling again if I have any problems.THANK YOU SO MUCH.
I called Knight’s Mechanical around 7:30am on a Thursday. Much to my surprise they came out the same day at 9:30. The 2 techs were very professional and knew exactly what to do to help resolve my issue. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to my neighbors or friends. They even took a video of my issue and sent it to my email address. Great job guys, I appreciate it!

Water catastrophe at my condo on a Saturday night! So much water that it seeped into the community hallway that had new carpet laid ! Paul responded immediately via telephone after receiving my call. He questioned me to get a clear picture of my situation and tried to help save me a weekend service charge 😊 He ended up coming right away. SO pleasant and professional! He diagnosed and resolved my problem quickly. I’m thankful he was available and highly recommend him !

I called Knight’s Mechanical after a recommendation from a friend. I’m so glad I did. The customer service was excellent. From the person who answered the phone to the person who showed up to fix my AC unit the same day I called. He showed up with a smile on his face, and a nice T-shirt with the company name on it. My husband is a veteran so I especially appreciated the flag on the sleeve. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much!
Had some sewer problems and Knight's Mechanical got everything fixed. Kevin and Blake were great to work with. It was a fairly big job and they were quick to get it taken care of. When I had a small issue after it was done, Kevin came as soon as I called to take care of it. Would definitely use them again. Very pleased.
Paul and his apprentice Michael did a great job! They installed a new hot water heater, new kitchen faucet, and replaced the drains under my bathroom sink. They addressed all the little things and well as the big things. Super nice and friendly! Would definitely recommend them!
